Interview and criminal background
I received my interview notice today and I just want to verify the following:
If you have any traffic violations that are not alcohol or drug related AND fine of less than $500 you do not need to bring any documentation...is this correct?
Many years ago in my wreckless youth I was involved in a verbal dispute where the police were called...I wasn't arrested but I was questioned and the cops even gave me a ride home. Is this considered a detention and do I have to get a document from that police department stating that no charges were filed?
I plan on asking my attorney tomorrow but this forum has been very informative so I thought I'd check with my forum peeps first.
