Interview completed, no decision
Hello everyone!
We had marriage based interview on December 14. Since my husband is in removal proceeding, IO separated us right at the beginning. Then IO talked to me for about an hour, mostly about my husband's ex-wife and his kids such as how often he visits them and stuff like that. Then IO asked for affidavit of support which we didn't have, so he said a paper with instructions will be mailed to us and that they need to run a background check on my husband. My husband was ask about the same questions I was. Since the interview, we have not received anything and no status change on their website. If anyone had been in similar situation, how long did it take to hear from the USCIS. And what was the decision, approved or denied? Thanks
