Interview completed today
I completed my interview today at Irving TX office. We were on time, called upon on time. I probably had easiest interview experience. The IO was super nice. He acted more like a friend than a federal employee. My wife is a petitioner. No question asked to her. He only asked few yes no question from the form and asked me to verity my address. He quickly looked at evidences/documents submitted with the application.

But there was a problem. The doctor who I did i693 with was no longer practicing and he didn't renew his permit. So I need to do it again. The IO gave me a rfe letter and asked me to do another i693 and drop it off at USCIS Irving office or mail it to them. (I'm gonna drop it off as I only live 10 mins away).

If this wasn't issue he said he'd have approved right away. Not uscis fault. It's just my badluck. IO even we t to his supervisor to confirm this.

Overall happy experience with today's interview. I have an appointment with a doctor today evening and will submit new form sometimes next week and hopefully my GC will be approved in a few weeks !!

My wife is a GC holder and my PD is 10/2017
