Interview done
Hi. I have a friend. He came in on a B2 visa with his ex wife and kid. He got another kid here. But things didn’t work out for the, they had to divorce. The husband got married to another woman who’s a US citizen. He had the divorce which was done from their foreign country in Africa. He told me the officer asked him and his US citizen a lot of questions which they all answered correctly in good faith. But the officer told him she needs more time to review the divorce coz the divorce was confusing stating that the wife was present in the court for the divorce and also, that the husband and her saw themselves few months back on the divorce. He had the interview last week but nothing changed online. Still fingerprint fee was received. So, what do you guys think is going on and what’s the way out for him? What could be the outcome? He said the officer gave him the 120 days form. Any advice or suggestions for him? He also said the officer didn’t take his biometrics nor his picture on the interview day. Any advice for him?
