Adjustment of Status - I-485

Currently daca holder with advance paroled and work permit.

Yesterday i had my interview done in Sacramento and it was nice and simple. We got taken in to the officers personal office and he asked us a couple questions and before we even started he made a comment about medical exams not being done properly by doctors and said he hoped ours was done correctly.

Any ways he asked what is your spouse full name and date of birth, and how many kids we had and how long we known each other. After that he looked at the medical exam and sure enough it was missing the gonorrhea test that is require.

So he said if it was for him he would approve me on the spot but since its missing he wasn't able to. He did approve the i-130 and gave me a paper to take back to the doctor to get the gonorrhea test done and mail it back to his office. He said as soon as he gets the results that he would approve me and i would get my green card in about 2 weeks.

I asked him if it was a sure thing, He said yes everything else looks good just to send him the gonorrhea test to him and i would get approve. He even said the sooner you get that done the sooner i can approve you. and if it was possible to go get that done the same day, which i did and now just waiting for the result back to mail them to him.
