The interview only lasted 15 minutes. The official asked for our names and confirmed everything from the application, such as addresses, telephone number, social security, and then asked how we met? Where we work? How was the first date and where? We told him it was an Italian restaurant in Davis and then he asked what we had for dinner.
Then he took our IDs and made copies. He did not approve us on the spot,, which was good because I really expected the case to be delayed for a couple of weeks, since our second anniversary is November 29. That means that if I receive the approval before Nov 29 it will be the 2 years one.
Yesterday I checked the mail and received a letter from USCIS requesting our 2017 taxes and 6 months of bank statement. I am very happy that this will delay the case. If i get approve I will be getting the 10 years one.
We have everything, but we didn’t take it to the interview.
