Interview Experience NY
Good afternnon
I had my interview yesterday morning in Long island NY, everything went well just my husband didn't answer the first question correctly but explained and corrected himself right away, officer was very nice she went through all the paperwork and asked us basic question including the yes/no questions.
We had a lot of evidence and she added some of it to our folder. At the end she said that was satisfied with all the answers that we gave her but as a personal policy she always provide her decisions on the mail, in fact, she told me I should be getting an answer in around a month. she did not give us any papers o anything else.. I guess we just have to wait. I know I have to be patience but I am really afraid that just because of my husbands first answer she deny my application or something. I feel she was nice to us but still the fact that no decision was made on the spot got me very concerned, I have plans to go to my home country in September and I have no clue on what is going to happen. Only you guys understand the real struggle of the process... any advice would be appreciated it, I feel deeply sad and concerned.
