Help! My lawyer said my husband (US citizen) need to bring his passport AND birth certificate to the interview. He lost his birth cert and the local city hall said it will take 30 days for him to get the new one and that’s expedite process.
Do we need birth certificate for him? Will passport be enough to proof his citizenship?
