November 9, 2016: 1st interview
January 31, 2017: 2nd interview
July 9, 2019 : I bought a used car with *** inspection on it. I don’t work at dmv so how would I know it’s *** right? Arrested but case dismissed ( watch out for every details when buying used stuff please)
August 2019: Denied (no historical documentation and house visit where me and my wife didn’t live. Funny enough it’s her mom’s house) Fraud.
January 9, 2020: Refile.
February 4: ICE office visit, put into deportation proceedings with no NTA. I check court up till today it’s saying no case exist for the A-Number
May 9, 2020: Ready to be scheduled
March 9, 2021: interview scheduled for April 19th.
Have seen it all so Finger crossed. Please learn from my timeline and I hope I get lucky this time. Good luck to everyone and any advice and information is very much appreciated. “I’m not Mr know all”
