Interview Sac Office
Hi guys,

We had our interview yesterday. Here is our experience

We had to drive 2 hours so we woke up super early to head out to Sacramento. It was my husband, 18-month old and myself. Half way there my son wasn't feeling to well and threw up all over his car seat (ugh) good thing we were on time. Our appointment was at 945am we arrived at 9am and was checked in and waiting in the lobby by 915am.

We got called in at 1015 am by a female officer mid 30's. She was very nice she interacted with our 18 month mentioned she had 2 small babies at home.

The interview process went smooth she went over the application asked if any changes since we applied in March 2019. Everything was going well until she started asking my husband for dates on certain events, at this point he froze he got the dates incorrect he was nervous he took a while to answer her questions. I was give him the "are you serious look" as the office and I started him because he was stuck on a question date.

A little background to his story. I was his second wife, he married in 2015, that marriage did not last very long. He has a son with a different woman 2016 and met me in 2016. He filed for divorce in 2017 and moved with me half way through 2017. His divorced was finalized Jan 2019 and we married Feb 2019. He could not get the dates correct which is where he froze.

The officer did not ask many questions of our relationship just how we met. I am concern.
It seemed like the interview was less about our relationship and more about his prior relationships, she did not give us an approval. She said she will do one last background check and will notify us in the mail if he got approved or if they require additional information. Although towards the end of the interview he did have him sign a white paper. She was super nice and sweet. I'm not sure why my husband froze but I am worried.

Anyway I know each of our stories are different. We had plenty of evidence (including our son) My husband was a ladies man but that was before me.

Any questions feel free to ask, he was bumped out and to top it off on the way back home he got a speed ticket!!! uggghhh…
