Interview Schedule-Husband in Jail
Hello everyone
I have been following this forum for few months now and now its time to share my experience. I have been married to my husband since October 2012 who is a USC by birth. We also gave birth to our son in November 2013. However he has been incarcerated since September 2014 and so I knew that when I was ready to apply for green card I would have to use a lawyer who has been very helpful to me. Here is my timeline:
Priority Date: January 11, 2016
Biometrics done: February 10, 2016
RFE mailed: February 12, 2016
USCIS rec'd RFE: March 7, 2016
EAD card approved: March 24, 2016
EAD card mailed: March 28, 2016
Rec'd interview notification by text: August 16, 2016
Interview date: September 21, 2016
My concern is I have never seen or read of anyone in my situation. If anyone know of someone in my situation or has been in my situation, please advise.
