Interview Schedule (Newark NJ)
Denied for fraud after two interview. Soon after denial, ICE put me in deportation proceedings because I was out of status. Every time I report to the officer, I realize nothing had been filed in court yet maybe due to pandemic. We refiled last January. Ready to be scheduled May 2020. Now we receive an email that says interview Scheduled.
We have been married for 6 years.Any advice would be helpful at these point. We have a lawyer as well but no help is small. And please pray for me and my wife. We have been through a lot in 6 years
