Hey guys, I finally got my i-485 interview date, it will be on Feb 8 at Mount Laurel in New Jersey. I'm using all the information from this site to prepare and I really appreciate all of your contributions. My timeline from day zero is as follows:
PD: 05/04/2018
Bio: June 2018
Interview scheduled: 01/01/2019
Interview date: 02/08/2019 @10:30am
NB: we have been married since 02/05/2015. It took us a long time to file because my husband had serious financial problems. He owed back child support, state and federal taxes. We worked hard to sort out the mess, child support and state taxes are paid off. He has an active payment plan with IRS since 2016. It has been a long strenuous journey for us. I have not worked since 2015 and with his debts, it hasn't been a smooth ride. We had to move to New Jersey to get affordable apartment. He commutes between NJ and New York. I am praying and hoping for the best. I wish I had received AED, especially now that we're expecting a baby.
Any more advice will be appreciated. And thanks again for sharing your experiences. Much love guys🙏🏿
