Couple of questions,
1. I filled from queens since that is my residence but my interview is gonna be at Holtsville NY anyone else from NYC experienced this?
2. I always received bank statements every 14 of the month but being that the interview will be on Nov 7, the statement will be 1 month old and not the latest would this be OK? if not can I give them the online printout of statement instead?
3. We both dont have medical insurance as both our job does not offer it and insurance is so expensive, will this be an issue?
