Interview scheduled
Hello all! I wanted to update in case anyone is paying attention to my case/questions haha.
I received my EAD in the mail yesterday. I was mildly excited because I knew it was going to be a long wait for my interview to be scheduled. I was ready to wait at least 6 more months.
I woke up to a text this morning that my case had been updated. I checked the USCIS website 100% expecting the update to say "interview ready to be scheduled" but no... it's scheduled for Feb 26! That's a month away. I started shouting for joy and woke my husband up (poor thing, he was alarmed) but then we hugged with tears in our eyes! This is so much sooner than I was expecting.
Date i-485 was received was October 10, 2017
Now, I really gotta get ready for the interview. We gotta compile some more documents and print pictures and organize them into a photo album. Also so silly but WHAT AM I GOING TO WEAR TO THE INTERVIEW????
