Aos thru marriage us citizen from F1 been out of status for while.
i have front loaded all my evidence in application . It looks like its going too fast .i know memphis processing time is like 8mnths-14 mnths
i have two questons.
whats best answer for being out of status?
i have of out of state id becoz tn wont give me one without EAD and indian passport expired!can use expired passport to get thru uscis office and interview becoz showing them out of state id will complicate everything
