Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me. Me and my husband live in NY but I work in Connecticut, he works in NY. I think we need to file the State tax returns separately because we work in different states. Do you know if we can file the federal returns together ? Do you think the Immi will make a problem if we don’t file jointly ? Thank you !
