I submitted two service requests in September and November regarding the biometrics appointment. It did not help, so I requested a phone call from a tier 2 officer and it was scheduled within a few days.
12/17/2020 - biometrics appointment done.
01/13/2021 - Interview scheduled.
Waiting for the letter with the interview date.
I have not received EAD.
