- No RFE
- No lawyer (unless you have money to throw out)
- No Service request
- EAD & AP: May 5th 2017
- interview scheduled: Aug 23rd 2017 (day 194)
- Interview date: Sept 27th 2017
Attn: (since the AP has been delivered in May 2017, I've traveled out the U.S 6 times... work reasons... the first travel was quite long at the port of entry 45 min: further verification & passport stamped. the 5 others inspections at the port of entry were pretty fast only 2 to 3 min since the passport was already stamped)
Advice: - Since the fees are waived when filling I-485 with I-765 & I-131, always apply for your EAD & AP...
- No need of having a lawyer (unless you've had an issue with immigration before, DUI, criminal records...etc)
