Interview scheduled without update on website
Hi everyone,
I had received medical RFE without an interview for employment based i485. Website has been showing that they received my RFE for 3 months now,, checked again today. But just few hours back my lawyer sent me scheduled interview notice which dates 9/17.
Any idea why it does not show on website? Also I thought if you get medical RFE without interview for employment based i485 that means they waived the interview. Can someone please share similar experience or thoughts?
