Interview Was Completed and My Case Must be reviewed
Hello I have a question. On 8/14/2020 we attended our interview in Chatsworth California via marriage. Everything went really good. My husband did not get an instant approval because they had to review his Legal Tourist Entrance in 1998 and he did overstay but in 2005 he re entered the state Legally again. So why would they need to review. They did state there is no questions in regards to our marriage she was happy with all. I am now afraid waiting for their answer. I am wondering if he will get approved or denied.
