Hello All,
I really need some advice. I got an RFIE for the IRS tax transcript. I used the online method to create an IRS account but it would not recognize my phone number resulting in no account creation. After trying multiple times my account is now locked for 24 hours.
To call someone IRS phones are not live anymore so I can't call anyone.
I can't do the mail option because IRS is not doing mail either. How do I get a transcript? Please help.
