Adjustment of Status - I-485

Yesterday 07/24 i got update on tracker and an email from the uscis egov website that interview has been scheduled and mail will follow soon. I checked from the uscis.dhs website and it said we are still processing ur case so i got confused n called uscis customer service who told me a request for interview was made for my case in 03/2018 but interview date not set. I then told him about the email i got for interview date and he said well then maybe the officer didn’t update the system after he set interview for me so i shd give it a few days for system to update. My question is am i really scheduled for interview or it was a system glitch? Someone with same PD as me also got email for interview. PD 08/17 atlanta field office.
