Is spouse eligible for visitor visa?
I am working in OPT as full time employee and even filed H1-B for this year. However my wife's Visa was rejected twice (as dependent on F-1 for F-2). I can't get my H1-B till october. Can my wife apply for Visitor Visa? Is that advisable?
