So my Pd is sept 21st 2018
Got ready for interview in feb 2019
Got ead April 21st
Interview sept 27th 2019
Approved same day
Card in production the next day
Recieved green card oct4th (a week from interview)
My case tracker and myegov sent me emails on updates
First was case in review and interview complete for both 1-485 and 1-130 the same day of interview
card in production a day after interview
Card mailed two days later
Uscis picked up card and tracking number provided (all this steps happened for my ead as well)
Card delivered and I have my green card in hand
I filed in Houston and it’s marriage based
Never expedited or had any RFE a lawyer helped prepare all my docs and we prepared well for interview
My whole process was very smooth and I give God all the credit (He favored me to be honest) Houston is a tough place.
We weren’t separated at our interview and we had a ton of evidence and it lasted 30mins.
So grateful for this forum
But I have a question has anyone ever received their greencard and the 1-130 still says interview complete and still in review ?
The lawyer says not to worry but we haven’t received any separate approval letters for it.should I worry?
