ITIN/Tax Transcripts
Hi Everyone, I'm in a same sex marriage and submitted my AOS in February 2020. Ive had my ITIN # since 2017. I worked all of 2019 and received my W2. We received an RFE for my wife's 2019 Tax Transcripts which I printed online and submitted to USCIS. I combined my income along with my wife's income as we filed jointly. My thing now is even though IRS updated my wife's 2019 tax transcripts, she still hasn't received her tax returns. We filed March 20th 2020. IRS website says "it's still in processing". I would like to know if it was the best thing to add my income to hers for 2019 and what could be causing such a long delay? Thanks in advance!
