My H1B was scheduled on 8th Aug @ 9 am. I had my L1 rejections twice, so i was bit nervous on the outcome of interview.
I st stage - Security check and they will issue a token number
Don't carry anything other than documents.CD's , pendrive etc.. are not allowed
II nd stage - Fee Payement & finger print scanning. Counters are available and your number will be displayed for your turn.
It will be better you carry passport and US visa size photo wih you. Because i have seen for few the photo was not matching with DS 160 or passport.
III rd stage - Interview. Questions asked are
1) Is this your first H1b?
2) What is your highest degree of qualification ?
3) Your under graduation ?
4) What you are going to do for ZZZ?
5) Who is your client ?
6) Which location you are going to work ?
7) Provide the letter which ur company has written to USCIS about your roles and responsibilities at onsite?
After this he was typing something on his machine for long time.. I thought ..ok he is gng to reject...
Then he told your visa is APPROVED ...i said thank you and left the place.

Read your I797 petition and answer in same line during interview.....
