Please I need advice. I filed since April with both my kids. My sponsor (because at that point my husband US Citzen had suffered a work injury hadn’t filed tax for the previous year) had an income of 43k but he had dependents so they returned my kids filing asking for a joint sponsor. It’s a struggle for me and as the deadline draws near I’m wondering what my options may be:
1. Should I withdraw the kids application? If yes what’s the implication of doing so?
2. Anyone has a suggestion?
