Hey guys, I really like this website. I'll give some of my experience.
My status is F1, came up near the end of my STEM extension. My employer filed H1B twice and failed lottery. Got married to USC (my girlfriend asked to marry me), and filed i-485, I 131, I 765, concurrently to the Chicago office. I am a Washington DC resident (I'm from Italy).
I'm at the start of journey:
PD April 8th
Got receipt notices for everything.
RFE for initial evidence on April 23rd (inaccurate W2 digit. Needed re issued from Work HR)
Biometrics April 30th
Sent back RFE correct evidence on May 1st
I do have legal counsel which I highly recommend. Right now I also have a pending h1b but will need to stop work until advance parole card in case my H1B gets rejected.
