K-1 visa holder
Hi guys.
I arrived here on 06/16/2019 with K-1 visa ( fiancé visa)
and got married on 09/10/2019.
We filed formI-485, I-765 and I-131 on 05/18/2020 after the USCIS returned the first package we’ve send.
I received confirmation letter on 05/27/2020.
On 01/07/2021 a have a biometric appointment
and today is 02/03/2021 and I still did not receive my EAD or travel document.
The case status changed to “ on 01/27/2021 we scheduled an interview...” and still nothing?!?!?
I don’t know what is happening and what to think. Anybody with similar experience. Kansas City/ MO
