My L1 petition was approved on July 27, 2022. The same day I tried to get an interview appointment and the earliest I could get was Dec 13, 2022.
I was on F1 and then on H1B in the US for over 10 years, I also have a current B1 visa and I have Canadian PR.
How does one qualify for in-person interview waiver? Does anyone have experience with this?
Can I apply for an emergency appointment stating my son's (US citizen) school start date?
