Are L2 EADs actually taking 7-9 months to be approved at the California Service Center? Has anyone had theirs approved faster?
My current EAD expires in the end of June. My receipt date is March 25. If it takes 9 months I will probably lose my job as my employer won’t want to wait that long. My first EAD from 2017 was approved in 2 months so I wasn’t expecting delays this long.
