Hi,
Here is my case timelines. Type - L2 New EAD card
Case Received date Apr 18th
Processing Center - Vermont Service Center
Case was pending till Jun 3rd which means crossed 75 days
Raised an SR on July 4th. The SR was assigned to an officer on the next day July 5th.
July 5th contacted Ombudsman
July 6th contacted Local congressman Immigration officer
July 8th received a mail from Ombudsman office stating they approached USCIS on the case and will reply in 10 days.
July 12th Case got approved
Meanwhile SR remained the same, another history added with New card is been ordered
July 14th/ 15th received response from Ombudsman office/ Congressman office to close the case since my Case got approved
July 14th card was mailed
July 18th received the card in Priority mail
July 18th SR was closed by receiving a e-mail from USCIS
