I wanted to ask you for your personal experiences based on L2 EADs (marriage in USA).
4/23 - USCIS received my EAD application (Vermont). Still showing "case was received"
I got a job offer two weeks ago, but can't work until I have the EAD. My attorney said that it takes 3 to 4 months. Right now is 103 days. I'm getting nervous, as I am not sure if they're going to wait forever.
Any recommendations?
