L2 EAD to H4 EAD
Hi All,
I have a question -
Currently I m on L2 dependent visa and working on L2 EAD. My EAD is expiring in August (husbands L1 visa extension under process, No extension yet). My husbands H1 picked up in this year, now I will be on H4 Visa from Oct 1, 2017.
My H4 status is still pending for approval and if it is approved -
Can I apply for H4 EAD before Oct 1st to avoid any gap in my employment.
Is there any one whose H4 is approved already for the 2017-18? how much time it takes in approval.
