L2 EAD VSC Renewal
Since I've been a regular visitor to this forum and thanks to the USCIS, lot of anxiety and frustration to pass around, I would post so that folks might get some idea on their situation..
My wife applied for a L2 renewal (A18) category with following dates (she sent everything they asked for incl. the stub for the renewal)
Recd@Vermont Service Center 9/13/2017
Raised two SRs @75 and 90 days respectively and got canned response and letters in the mail (did not contact ombudsman, congressman etc.)
Approval notice in the mail on 2/20/2018 with an approval date of 2/15/2018
EAD card arrived 2/22/2018 (after ~160 days)
For what its worth, the status online still says application recd. 9/13.
So stay strong and be patient and I think the old 90 day EAD card commitment is now 180 days..
