Lawfully vs USCIS estimated processing times

a discussion topic for all Lawfully users around here: does anyone have an idea of how accurate their time estimates actually are?
my own example: PD 2/6/20 (married to USC, NYC office). the app’s predictions for both EAD and the green card are June-August 2020, which to me sounds completely absurd given that USCIS’ official processing times are stated to be >5.5 months and >12.5 months respectively.
