LCA application
I am working in a very reputed company in India for the last 3 years and now the parent company in US wants me to join them at their HQ.
My LCA has been submitted on 30 June and on 1st July they have recieved a acknowledgement for the same.
I am still waiting to hear back from the USCIS ..how long does it generally take for them to revert. I was told by my US legal team that they are now taking 2 months ..which is end of August. My joining date is 1st of October...
