Letter to USCIS
PD: 05-23-2018. Been to two interviews Feb 6 2019 and Aug 16, 2019(Stoke). Received an RFE on my birth certificate Sep 2019 and responded in Sep 2019. Heard nothing till date. So my wife wrote a letter to the Field Office Director and District Director in the Chicago area urging them to consider her application while highlighting the fact that our family is doing so well and are happily living together. In your experience, do you think they will really consider her petition and how long do they typically take actions based on scenario like this? Your thoughts please, thx!
