Hey guys, just want to share this with you. In case if anyone is wondering if their local field office is now open or closed, please search it on google. For example, i was able to see that the Philadelphia office is open today, and the new york jamaica office is closed today.
Did anyone had their interview scheduled yet or did anyone received any case status updates?
I'm in the interview process, my interview was scheduled and then cancelled due to covid 19. It was again updated as 'ready to be scheduled for interview' back in march. I'm hoping that i get my interview soon.
Does anyone know that at this point, can the person who sponsored the affidavit of support can take back their affidavit of support if he/ she wants to?
The person who gave me the affidavit is abusing me and I just have to remain silent and go through his s*** just because of a fear thate he may take my affidavit, which will cause further delay. I'm not just sure yet if at this point the person who gave me the affidavit can take it back, considering that uscis already gave me the EAD card with advance parole.
