Long Story
Hello friends,
I would like to share with you all my journey in my first post here.
I have been in this country since the turn of the century. I first arrived as a student. After finishing school, despite having achieved an advance degree, I could not land a job that would have had supported my application to adjust status. Before I finished school I met my future wife. We were both foreign students from different parts of the world. We married before our graduation in 2006. But unlike me she found a good job here and transitioned into H1B from F1. At that point I was few months out of status and could not change to H4 with here. Years passed and she became a permanent resident in 2011. At the same time we were blessed with a child. I applied for I-130 and it was approved but I could not risk leaving for consular processing out of fear for triggering a 10 year bar to come back and get my Green card; so we persevered.
Finally in 2017 she became a naturalized citizen. Since I had an approved I-130 from 2013, we just attached a cover letter explaining my situation and requested my case to be elevated from F2A to IR. This is my time line:

Service Center: National Benefit Center (MSC)
USCIS Field Office: West Palm Beach, FL
03/27/2017 (Day 0) Mailed I-485, I-864, I-693 and I-765 (No I-131)
03/29/2017 (Day 2) Received By Chicago Lock Box
04/05/2017 (Day 9) Check Cashed
04/05/2017 (Day9) Text/Email Notification Received
04/10/2017 (Day 14) Notice of Action Letters Received

My priority date on this AOS filing is 01/07/2013 when my I-130 was filed while my spouse was LPR and I was F2A. But on “Preference Calcification” it states “Family Based 2A”. I think it should say IR (immediate relative) since my spouse is now US citizen. Should I call and ask USCIS to fix it or just leave it as is since either way my priority if current?

I have Social Security number and Approved I-130 and did not apply for advance parole. I married to my wife when she was not even Green card holder. Our marriage is 11 years old with child between us and thousands of joint accounts and statements. We never had wedding ceremony since we have no one in this country. I don’t need to prove my relationship to my wife to anyone since if this is fake every marriage under sky is fake.

Do you think my case will get processed faster or slower?
Thanks for reading all the way through. Your inputs are greatly appreciated.
