Long Wait after sending RFE I-693
Hello guys. Hope you all are doing well. I want to share my experience.
EB-1A ROW ( I - 140 approved in August 2018)
I - 485 applied in October 2018 Los-Angeles FO
The interview was completed in May 2019
June 2019 - Got a denial of I-485 due to a mistake of the immigration officer.
July 2019 - I-290B (motion to reopen and reconsider) was filed.
May 2020 - motion was approved and the case was reopened (after 10 months of waiting)
June 2020 - Received RFE for medicals (renew I - 693 form)
June 17th 2020 - RFE response was received by USCIS (according to US postal tracking number)
It's been almost 130 days since I sent the RFE and there is no response from USCIS. Seems like LA office is terribly slow. Share please your experince. How long could it take to get any response from them???
