Long wait for interview!
Hi guys
I’m from San Francisco bay area adjusting from marriage to LPR who’s now Citizen. Take a look at my time line; I don’t know why it takes a long time to schedule my interview! We are both young professional with OK income without any kids yet.

Timeline:
January 2017 : Married to LPR
Feb 2017: Filed I-130
September 2018: I130 Approved
October 2018: filed I 485, I765
November 2018: fingerprint done ✅
April 2019 : EAD received
July 2019: spouse became US citizen( called USCIS to update but they said it doesn’t make a difference since I130 is already approved and I485 has already filed.
January 2020: Service request but no answer
FEB 2020: service request again no response
March 2020: contacted U.S. Representative of my district county- contra costa county
MARCH 2020: email from USCIS: when your priority becomes current, we’ll move forward to the next step!!! WTF!!!!!!! ( but my priority became current long long time ago when I filed I485)
April 2020: case is ready to schedule for an interview
JUNE 2020: 2nd EAD was received
August 2020: send document to Senator and asked why am I waiting long to be scheduled for interview but my friends in the same FO has already got their green card in 11 months.

Still no interview scheduled. Called USCIS about why my service request respond was non sense but they had no idea!

What do you guys think about my timeline? Anyone experiencing same?( beneficiary is Chinese citizen)

Thank You guys
