Guys I reaaaaaally need your option on this...
I filled all the paperwork on Feb 26th in NYC and I am still waiting for the EAD and advance parole combo card. It has been more than 5 months and no updates online. They didn’t ask us for any additional documentation. Our lawyer advised not to send medical because the wait is long and it will expire until interview, so our plan was to bring the medical to the interview. We did get the courtesy letter regarding that, but other than that, they didn’t ask for any supporting evidence.
What do you think why is taking so long? I know that the wait for National Benfit Center is 4,5 - 6,5 months but from reading here, aplicants from February already got their combo cards.
Any thoughts would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you and good luck!!
