Hello everyone,
We decided to sue USCIS for delaying our application as we never got scheduled for an interview. Our PD is 08/27/2019. It’s been always case ready to be scheduled (no RFEs) no movement whatsoever. We discussed that with the immigration lawyer and he said a writ of mandamus will be granted for sure at this point as 14 months is unreasonable to wait for an interview especially in Kentucky which is not as busy as big states. Federal court couldn’t care less about processing times posted on uscis webpage. We are not gonna waste out time with SRs or congressmen we are gonna go ahead and sue.
I will update with the progress when the lawsuit is filed.
