Marital status as "separated" while applying for passport
Hi,
I'm applying a passport for my mom and my parents are seperated since 28 years - without any legal separation or divorce. What should I select the marital status as? If I select it as married/separated, should we be asked to produce any certificates related to marriage or separation in future when my mom applies for US visitor visa or further in future for Green card?
