Hi all,
I have submitted a marriage based adjustment of status from Long Island, NY. My spouse is US citizen. We filled I485/I130/I131/I765 all together on 27th august. USCIS received on 31st August,2020. I received acknowledgment receipts for this forma on 26th September,2020.
I wonder, how long does it take for USCIS To schedule a biometrics appointment? Just want to estimate my appointment time.
Additionally, when we filled ,I944 was not mandatory but recently an US court order as allowed DHS to implement. Public charge grounds of inadmissibility rule.
I anticipate, USCIS will ask for this form.
Has anyone been through this?
