Marriage date for I-751
Hi guys, I am in the process of finalizing my I-751 application through marriage with citizen spouse. i am in the question of that my wife and I got married in the courthouse at October 11, 2019 to start my I-485 process. That date is when we obtain our Marriage certificate. We were planning to have actual wedding with friends and family at May 2nd, 2020 but you guys all know the pendamic hits the world and we were not able to have our plan for May 2nd wedding, so had small ceremony with immidiate family and my wife's best friend at April 9, 2020 and that's when we actually start living together as married couple. Before April 9th, we were living in the college dorm in same university. And at June 28, 2020, we had huge celebration of our wedding with guests and all the vendors. My question is that do I need to put October 11, 2019 as the marriage date on my I-751 application? Because that was the date we put for I-485 as well. Also, I am planning to attach our wedding photos from both April 9th, 2020 and June 28, 2020 and I am going to word it to explain our situation. Do you think because we did not live together after October 11, 2019 and have another wedding ceremonies, USCIS will think our marriage is not Bona Fide marriage? Thank you.
