Hey everybody!
Thank you all for sharing experiences.
I filed my i485 and I765 last month and it got returned for outdated forms and wrong fee amount.
Refiled on 08/14/20 had not received any replies until I called yesterday 09/15/20 when they gave me my receipt numbers.
I added those receipt numbers to the Case Tracker app and for my I765 it says they received it on 08/17/20 and it also says:
If you do not receive your receipt notice by September 16, 2020, contact the USCIS Contact Center
I got nothing in the mail today 09/16/20. Do I still need to call them?
After I created MyUscis account and added the receipt numbers, my I765 says they received my form 09/12/20 and that if I don’t receive a notice by 10/12/20 I should contact them?????
Anybody knows why I’m seeing all there weird dates that aren’t matching up?
My i485 says they received it 09/12/20 and also says that if I don’t receive a notice by 10/12/20 I should contact them.
What do I do???
