12/23/19 - PD
1/31/20 - BIO day
2/1/20 - BIO applied to the case
2/12/20 - Request to expedite through live char due to severe financial loss
2/13/20 - I-765 updated to expedite request received
2/13/20 - Received an email asking me to fax the proof
2/14/20 - Received RFE regarding long-form birth certificate which I already submitted with my application
2/24/20- Response to RFE
2/26/20- I-485 updated to RFE received
2/26/20 - Faxed the proof based on a pending job offer letter
Silence...
3/4/20 - Faxed second time
Silence...
3/6/20 - Talked to Tier 2 officer: she said she is not able to tell me if they received the fax or not
3/9/20 - Contacted to Congressman
3/9/20- Contacted to Ombudsman
3/11/20 - Talked to Tier 2 officer: she said she is gonna not that they have to let me know in 5 days if they received the fax or not
3/12/20 - Received an email from Ombudsman: said they contacted the USCIS, they will notify me when they receive info from USCIS
3/12/20 - I-131 updated to show fingerprints were taken
3/12/20 - I-765 updated to expedite request received

This is so annoying! What's the point of expediting if this process is taking a god damn a month at least? Getting EAD is the most stressful process for me personally because the financial burden falling on one spouse and I'm not working for 3 months!
